  1. My videos are not showing up on my website after I posted the URL thing and all that. Sorry, it won’t let me e-mail you guys, so can you please help me right here?

  2. Hi Jade

You add text to your site by dragging and dropping a text widget onto your page. Click inside the green text box and start typing. Use the text editing toolbar to format your text.

Click on the “support” tab of our website for a list of tutorials and access to our community support forum. There are also available in the site builder’s Help menu under “support.” You can also email support@synthasite.com with any questions you might have.

  3. This appears to be a little more complex than the simple directions given on your home page. How do you build each page? Can people purchase ad space on my personal website? Where do I place the ads? Is there a number to speak with a live person other than the email. It appears everyone has the same questions.

  4. To create a new page:
    1) Click “New Page”
    2) Drag and drop widgets from the sidebar on the right to add the content of your choice.
To place ads on your site:
    1) Use the “Adsense” widget in the advertising folder
    2) For any other advertising, copy the HTML embed code of the advertising service you are using and paste it into the HTML widget in SynthaSite.

SynthaSite does not offer telephonic support at this time. We do however offer free, prompt email support at support@synthasite.com as well as community support through our “Get Satisfaction” forum: http://getsatisfaction.com/SynthaSite

Please direct your questions to these channels to receive priority support. We want to help you but support related queries left on older blogposts might not always catch our attention as quickly.
