Maintenance completed

We have completed the scheduled maintenance and the SynthaSite services are back in working order. It took a little longer that initially anticipated – thank you for your patience.

As promised there was no downtime on the published (hosted) sites.

We are aware of a known issue which occurred as a result of the changes we made – image editing from within the Site Builder will currently not work. This is being worked on and we will let you know when it is resolved.

    I am not able at this time to republish my site; I have tried on the two browsers I normally use Flock(Mozilla) and GreenBrowser(IE) and in both cases I get a messsage saying ‘something has gone wrong’ – I have submetted a report as requested. I am sending this comment from the new Opera 9.5; Synthasite does not work properly on Opera I discover!
    Hope these problems – I also had the image problem – can be solved quickly.

    update – the site does appear to be republished in spite of the message; so may be the glitch is relatively minor. Joy L

    Thanks Joy! We have had an eventful day at SynthaSite with our upgrade, and working out a few kinks after going live, but we are keeping our fingers crossed that everything is working properly now. We are delighted that our active users have been so quick to help us find and resolve the problems!
