Google Smart Shopping and Free product listings leverage automated bidding and ad placement, using machine learning to optimize ads across various Google networks. The new integration between your store and Google (powered by Kliken) allows you to set up Google’s most up-to-date advertising features for e-commerce store owners – Smart Shopping campaigns and Free product listings.

Kliken is a marketing tool that simplifies purchasing, creating, and targeting your campaigns. The setup of Google Shopping ads is fully automated by Kliken and us. Kliken creates the Google Ads campaigns for your store and charges you for the campaign package you’ve selected.

Automated Facebook Ads

Facebook’s colossal user base offers immense potential for targeting specific demographics. 

You may already know that you can sell directly on Facebook with the Facebook Shop if you connect your Online Store with Facebook. And now, we have released the Automated Facebook ads feature that allows you to create ads with your store products without leaving Facebook.  

To get started, integrate your store with Facebook Ads. From there, you can craft compelling campaigns tailored to your target market. 

You can create your ads on Facebook through Kliken as well.

Advertising on TikTok

TikTok’s rapid growth and engagement rates present an exciting opportunity for brands to connect with a younger, highly engaged audience. Utilizing TikTok’s diverse ad formats allows you to create engaging content and drive traffic to your store. With the potential to go viral, TikTok ads enable you to showcase products creatively, expanding our brand’s presence among an audience hungry for innovative and entertaining content.

With our new feature, you can add different call-to-action (CTA) buttons to your TikTok ad posts like “Shop Now,” “Order Now,” or “Visit Store,” and customers will be redirected to your website upon a tap to proceed with checkout.

You can choose any of TikTok’s ad formats: promote a certain item, show several products in one video, create videos with product links, and many more.

More useful Online Store updates

In the world of online retail, success is not only about attracting customers but also about providing a seamless shopping experience. Our next features help you boost your online store by streamlining processes, improving inventory management, and ensuring a smoother checkout experience. Let’s delve into these functionalities that contribute significantly to your online store’s efficiency and customer-centric approach.

Order quantity limits

With our new update, you can set minimum and/or maximum order quantity limits for your products. This way, you have better control over your stock. When you set purchase quantity limits, you gain more control over your stock and retain steady sails.     

For example, you want customers to order at least 2 cupcakes in your pastry shop, or you want one person to purchase at most 5 event tickets to avoid reselling.

To enable the feature, head to your store Product settings -> Stock control section, set the desired limit for each product, and voilà! Your customers, on their end, will see the specified quantity they can add to their carts.

The same goes for the checkout. When in the cart, a customer won’t be able to change the number of ordered items to the one that does not fit your limits.

Custom order statuses

With this feature, you gain more control over order tracking and customer communication. 

Custom order statuses allow you to define specific stages for orders tailored to your business needs. From “Processing” to “Shipped” and anything in between, you decide how to label each step of the process. 

For example, you may need a “Partially shipped” status for orders that you ship in multiple packages, or you require an “Awaiting accounting” status for invoices that your accountant prepares before payment is possible.

To start using this feature, head to your Store’s My Sales -> Orders -> Create custom order statuses, and create the custom labels that align with your workflow. Once done, you can update and track orders accordingly.

Payment-based fees

Here’s another feature to boost your Online store’s efficiency.

You can now apply specific fees based on your clients’ payment method. It can be a fixed amount or a percentage of an order. Once a customer chooses the payment method with extra fees during checkout, the surcharge is assessed to the order total.

To add a fee to your payment method, go to PaymentsEdit the payment method → Scroll down to the Payment method fee section, and set the fees accordingly.
