Its versatile new features will give your logo the spotlight, and your website the professional feel you\u2019ve been looking for.<\/p>\n<p>To help you become better acquainted with enticing new feature, we\u2019re excited to detail a few tips that will kick-start your website\u2019s transformation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skyline paired with Style Designer<\/strong><br \/>\nTo start, we\u2019ve found it most important to note just how easy Skyline customizations can be with the use of Style Designer.<\/p>\n<p>Upon opening Style Designer, you\u2019ll notice a list of settings on the left that will put you in the driver\u2019s seat. These properties give you full control from colors and backgrounds to fonts and headers.<\/p>\n<p>We understand that our wide variety of options may be a lot to digest all at once, and in turn have an easy way to look at specific properties. For example, let\u2019s take a look at customizing your background. While in Style Designer, double click your current background, taking you from a full list:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6481\" alt=\"Skyline - 1\" src=\"https:\/\/blogcontent.yola.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Skyline-1.png\" width=\"561\" height=\"250\" \/><br \/>\nto a more concise one:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6482\" alt=\"Skyline - 2\" src=\"https:\/\/www.yola.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Skyline-2.png\" width=\"560\" height=\"254\" \/><br \/>\nNotice how the properties on the left have only three sections. This shows you which settings specifically apply to the area selected, in this case, your background.<\/p>\n<p>Use this double-click trick on any property of your page, from your logo all the way down to your footer. You can always click the \u201cAll Properties\u201d link to see all items.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Full control of your logo<\/strong><br \/>\nNow that you know the tricks of the trade when it comes to Style Designer, let\u2019s put them to use with your logo.<\/p>\n<p>Double click the Skyline logo to bring up all of the customizable settings available at your expense. From here, click \u201cLogo,\u201d then, \u201cEdit\u201d and finally, \u201cSelect image\u201d to give add your own image. Once done, your logo will immediately be displayed in your header.<\/p>\n<p>After you\u2019ve uploaded your logo, you may want to explore further customizations. Let\u2019s say, for example, you\u2019ve uploaded your image, and it\u2019s too big. Changing the size of your logo is no problem with Style Designer. Double click your image, click \u201cLogo\u201d and adjust the width until it suits your fancy.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6483\" alt=\"http___makeagif.com__media_11-15-2013_19Q26u\" src=\"https:\/\/www.yola.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/http___makeagif.com__media_11-15-2013_19Q26u.gif\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" \/><br \/>\nIs your new logo in the right spot? With the Skyline template, <a title=\"Skyline - Youtube\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?feature=player_embedded&amp;v=Yqc-gNHTSjQ\" target=\"_blank\">moving it is a cinch<\/a>. Once you\u2019ve double-clicked your logo, check out the \u201cLayout\u201d section. Click the \u201cHeader Alignment\u201d for the option to position your logo to \u201cTop,\u201d \u201dBottom,\u201d \u201cLeft\u201d or \u201cRight.\u201d Continue playing with your logo settings \u2013 you\u2019ll surprise yourself with what you\u2019re able to create!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tie it all together with a brilliant banner<\/strong><br \/>\nAnother alluring aspect of Skyline is the ability to add a professional, customizable banner. Whether you have a picture to extend across the width of your site or a transparent image, Skyline can handle it. You can always hide the banner if you prefer.<\/p>\n<p>For the sake of this example, we\u2019ll add a transparent image and a background color to our banner. To start, double-click on you banner to show all of the settings you have to work with. From there, click \u201cBanner Image,\u201d \u201cEdit\u201d and \u201cSelect Image.\u201d Once you\u2019ve uploaded your image, proceed in adjusting the position, size and whether or not you want the image to repeat. Lastly, decide on a background color to place behind your image, and voila! You have your banner!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6484\" alt=\"Skyline 4\" src=\"https:\/\/www.yola.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Skyline-4.png\" width=\"561\" height=\"255\" \/><br \/>\nOnce your banner image is in place, click \u201cBanner Max-Width\u201d to decide how large you would like your banner image to be.<\/p>\n<p>As you can see with Skyline, the site transformation you\u2019ve been looking for is completely obtainable.
