{"id":1411,"date":"2010-09-09T07:22:44","date_gmt":"2010-09-09T14:22:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.yola.com\/blog\/?p=1411"},"modified":"2015-04-23T14:43:46","modified_gmt":"2015-04-23T21:43:46","slug":"new-my-yola","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.yola.com\/blog\/new-my-yola\/","title":{"rendered":"The future of My Yola is here"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hi everyone<\/p>\n<p>Today we released a brand new version of My Yola (the page you see when you log in to Yola) as a <em>Beta<\/em> feature to a small percentage of our users. \u00a0We are incredibly excited about the changes, and I&#8217;m going to spend some time going through them, but first, just a couple of important notes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It&#8217;s not perfect yet, but we wanted to make you part of the process, so we released it as a Beta feature which basically means we want you to help us make it better before we roll it out to all users.<\/li>\n<li>This is a slow roll-out, meaning you might not be in our random group of users who see the new layout when you log in. \u00a0Please be patient &#8212; we want to make sure we get this right so we&#8217;re not going to make it live to 100% of users for a little while.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: normal; font-size: 13px;\">Now, on to the good stuff, an <strong>overview of the new My Yola Dashboard<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal; font-size: 13px;\">. \u00a0Below is a picture of what it looks like:<!--more--><br \/>\n<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1412 \" title=\"my-yola-new-dashboard\" src=\"https:\/\/www.yola.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/my-yola-new-dashboard.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"621\" height=\"580\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Here are some highlights I wanted to point out:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Above all, you&#8217;ll notice that <strong>t<\/strong><strong>he new My Yola is about <\/strong><em><strong>you<\/strong><\/em><strong>, and how to make your website better<\/strong>. \u00a0We&#8217;ve spent a lot of time talking to users and we now know you want us to help you to build the best-looking website for your business, to get found on search engines like Google, and to communicate with your visitors in a meaningful way. \u00a0So we created a guide with detailed steps to get you where you need to be, and lots of tutorials and tips on how to make your website better.<\/li>\n<li>The top of the page helps you <strong>focus on one thing you can do <\/strong><em><strong>right now<\/strong><\/em><strong> to make your site better<\/strong> &#8212; that will change as you complete the different steps.<\/li>\n<li>We also know how important it is for you to <strong>know the status of your website <\/strong>&#8212; is it published?
