Yola Recognized As Company With Best Customer Support Across All Industries
After taking two categories in the semi-final round, SupportAwards.org names Yola Best at Customer Support
SAN FRANCISCO, CALIF., — October 19, 2009 — Yola, one of the nation’s largest free website builders, today announced it has been named Best Customer Support Company Across All Industries in The 2009 Recognition for Excellence in Customer Support and Service (R.E.C.S.S) sponsored by SupportAwards.org.
In initial voting for the 2009 R.E.C.S.S., end users voted for their chosen companies in six categories, with Yola named best support in the categories of Hosting and Software. In the final round, Yola prevailed.

SupportAwards.org was established by Corey Ganser, customer support manager at MindTouch, to put emphasis on outstanding customer support and service. MindTouch wanted to recognize other companies and people that work hard to provide excellent support to their customers; to do so SupportAwards.org was created to allow people to nominate their favorite company/agents that they believe deserve recognition. SupportAwards.org’s website visitors we allowed to submit online votes for their favorite nominees in each industry; the companies with the most votes won their respective categories. The winners of the R.E.C.S.S. for the individual industries then went on to another one week round to determine the best customer support/service department and agent across all industries.
