Reinet Investments S.C.A. is a Luxembourg registered and listed long-term capital growth fund.  The Rupert family of South Africa exerts substantial influence over the business and affairs of the Company.  Reinet was formed out of the restructuring of Richemont, the Swiss listed luxury goods group.  Columbus VC S.A., a wholly owned subsidiary of Reinet Investments S.C.A. is a significant shareholder in Yola.
