What do I get if I buy Yola Pro?

In addition to our free features and services, Yola Pro includes:

• The ability to create up to 25 sites in your account.
• Individual file uploads of up to 100MB.
• Total storage of 5GB per site and 125GB for all the sites in your account.
• The Yola Link removed from any free style you use in your account.
• One Premium Style credit.  This credit can be used for all the sites in your account.
• The ability to upload HTML, Javascript and CSS files.
• Credits for services from iStockphotos, Facebook Ads Trial and Yahoo! Search.

Can I still build and host sites with Yola for free?

Yes!  Yola will always give you the option to build and host sites for free.  The free Yola account includes:

•  5 sites per account.
•  Storage of 1GB per site and 5GB per account.
•  Individual file uploads of up to 15MB.
•  Access to all the site building features.
•  Free hosting for your site.
•  The option to use a free subdomain or purchase a domain.
• 24/7 support.

Is a domain name included in the bundle?

No.  Domains are sold separately.  If you need a domain name for your site, you will need to purchase this in addition to Yola Pro, or you can use a free Yola account and still purchase a domain if you wish to do so.

If I already purchased a Yola link removal and then upgrade to Yola Pro, do I get refunded?

There are no refunds on items you have already purchased.  However, if you already have a premium style, the premium style credit allows you to select a second one for your account.

Yola Pro includes a credit for a premium style.  Can I use this style on all the sites in my account?

Yes, absolutely!  Premium styles are an account level feature.

Is the site limit for created sites or published sites?

The limit is for created sites.  You can create up to 5 sites with a free Yola account and up to 25 sites with Yola Pro.

I already have more than 5 sites.  What will happen to my sites if I don't buy a bundle?

If you are over the limit for created or published sites you will not lose any of your sites!  However, if you wish to create additional sites you will need to upgrade to Yola Pro.

I already have more than 1GB of files uploaded to my website.  What will happen to my files if I don't buy a bundle?

If you are over the limit for total file uploads, you will not lose any of your uploaded files. However, if you wish to upload additional files you will need to upgrade to Yola Pro.

How will I know if I am close to, or exceeding one of the limits?

You can see if how many sites you have created and how much storage you have used:

• On your "My Sites" page.
• In the Site Manager in the site builder
• In the File Manager (for storage used per site)

Is the fee for Yola Pro a one time fee or an annual fee?

The fee for Yola Pro is $49.95, charged annually.  At the end of your subscription period you will receive an email from us giving the opportunity to renew your subscription.

I would like to upload an .html or .js.  Can I do this if I buy Yola Pro?

Yes!  These file uploads are restricted on free accounts for security reasons.  However, if you become a Yola Pro customer the restriction is lifted and you can upload files with .html, .htm, and .js extensions!

Yola Pro includes credits for services to help me with my website.  How can I make use of these credits.

When you purchase Yola Pro you will receive an email from us with the codes you need, and instructions on how to make use of your credits for iStockphotos, Facebook and Yahoo.

I need more than 25 sites - what should I do?

Currently Yola does not offer a package that allows you to create more than 25 sites.  However, if you need more than 25 sites in your account, please let us know by emailing support@yola.com so that we can take this into account in our future planning.

I need more than 5GB of storage per site - what should I do?

Currently Yola does not offer a package that allows you to upload more than 5GB per site.  It is extremely unlikely that you will need more storage than this. However, if you need more than 5GB per site, please let us know by emailing support@yola.com so that we can take this into account in our future planning.

What will happen if my subscription expires?

You will receive an email from us asking you to renew your subscription.  If you decide not to renew, you will lose access to the Yola Pro features.

I don't want to buy the whole bundle, can I buy just a part (eg. HTML uploads, bigger file uploads etc).

Currently we sell the following items separately:

• Premium styles
• Yola link removal
• Domains (Note that these are sold separately both for Yola Free and Yola Pro customers)

However, all the other features are only sold as part of the Yola Pro package.
