Online Appointments: Using Appointment-Plus

Appointment-Plus is a widget that will allow your customers to securely book their appointments online, or it can also be used internally for things such as employee scheduling.

Appointment Plus has a free 15 day trial version available if this is something you would like to try. Here are the instructions for getting started:

1. Click on the Advanced folder on the Content Sidebar.

2. Drag the Appointment-Plus widget onto the page.

3. A dialog box will open up, click on "Sign up for a free trial".

4. You will be brought to Appointment-Plus page on their website where you can sign up for the free trial. Enter your information and click "Submit".

5. Set up your appointment scheduler using the Quick Setup Wizard.

6. Once you complete the Quick Setup Wizard, and selected your optional modules in Step 5 - click on "Next Step".

7. Now you are ready to add your button.  Go to the 4th box and click on "Click here" and you will be given button options.

8. Choose your button and the code will appear. Highlight the code and copy it.

9. Back in the Yola site builder, paste the code into the Appointment-Plus widget and click "OK".

Your Appointment-Plus widget is now embedded on your page!
